At the Annual Meeting, the representatives of APRC member organizations listen to the Joint Task Force on Strategic Priorities and Action Plans (JTF), the Research Technical Committee (RTC), and the Training and Assistance Technical Committee (TATC) reports on the results of their activities in the past year and discussed important issues of the committee in the coming period. Members also actively discussed the amendments to the APRC Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson election regulations.
As part of the Conference program, the Chairman of the APRC and of the CDIC co-chaired the CEO Dialogue - a forum for leaders of deposit insurers in the region to share and discuss emerging issues and development trends related to the finance – banking and socio-economic situation, deposit insurance and methods of resolving weak banks.
Within the framework of the program, the delegation also participated in the International Conference with the theme of "Strengthening the financial safety net: addressing the challenges of novel financial crisis." The conference focused on sharing and discussing the following contents: Strengthening crisis response mechanisms – the 2023 banking turmoil and the way forward; Reform possibilities in supervision, resolution, and deposit insurance; The regional perspective – APRC deposit insurers and resolution authorities in action. The conference received attention and expertise related to bank failures and mergers in 2023 from deposit insurers in and outside the region, as well as experts from the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and the Financial Stability Institute (FSI).

In 2024, to contribute to the effective implementation of the APRC's IADI Development Strategy for the period 2022-2026, the DIV needs to continue to actively coordinate and participate in the activities of the APRC Joint task forces and committees. structure, the DIV will also gain a lot of knowledge and experience to implement the DIV Development Strategy until 2025, with a vision for 2030.
