Central bank predicts WTO impetus
The conclusion of Vietnam-US negotiations on market access has paved the way for Vietnam to join the World Trade Organization (WTO) later this year and give impetus to the national banking sector, said the governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Le Duc Thuy.
