The total outstanding loans in July are estimated to have reached 628.014 trillion dong, growing 2.65 percent from the previous month and 7.14 percent versus December 2011, of which, short term loans rose 2.85 percent and 5.45 percent and medium and long term loans edged up 2.35 percent and 9.87 percent respectively.
